Refund Policy

We strive to provide reliable and high-quality AI video generation. Please review our refund guidelines:

1. Failed Generations

If our cloud engine experiences a technical failure or fails to deliver an MP4 within our processing timeout, your generation credit is automatically refunded or reissued to your account.

2. Completed Videos

Due to the direct computation and GPU hardware costs incurred upon video rendering, completed video outputs that match uploaded input specifications cannot be refunded once delivered.

3. Dispute Inquiries

If you encounter unexpected visual distortions due to server glitches, contact our support team with your Job ID for manual review and re-generation.
