By accessing or using The Hotel Lobby AI, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Authorized Content Only

You certify that you own or possess legal rights and explicit authorization for any photos submitted for generation.

2. Prohibited Use (Strict Compliance)

You are strictly prohibited from submitting: (a) likenesses of public celebrities without legal licensing; (b) images of minors under the age of 18; (c) defamatory, harassing, or sexually explicit depictions. Violations result in immediate service termination without refund.

3. Service Availability

Video synthesis is computationally intensive. Generations are provided on an as-is basis subject to GPU queue availability.
